Terms of Use and Fair Play
Updated 20 October 2026
Taash Baithak is run by Sami Ullah, Faisalabad, Pakistan. By playing on this website or in the Taash Baithak app you agree to these simple rules.
Free, for fun only: no betting
- No real money. Taash Baithak is completely free. There are no payments, purchases, deposits, wallets, coins or chips, and nothing can be bought or sold.
- No betting or gambling. Points and scores only show who is ahead in a game. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for anything, and no prizes are given.
- Don't play for money here. Using Taash Baithak to play for money or to settle bets (jua), even when the money changes hands somewhere else, is not allowed. Gambling is against the law in Pakistan.
- Taash Baithak has no link to any betting, casino or trading app, and we never advertise them.
Respect other players
- Choose a decent name. Abusive or offensive names are blocked automatically.
- Voice chat is optional and only with the people at your table. Don't abuse, threaten or harass anyone, and don't share anything obscene, hateful, or against Pakistan's laws, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA).
- If someone is rude in voice chat, tap Sound off to stop hearing them, or Leave voice. You can always leave the game.
- Only share your 4-letter game code with people you want to play with.
Fair play
- Computer players never see your cards. They play only from the cards that have been played and what every player at the table can see.
- Online games are encrypted between the players' devices. Don't use modified copies of the game or tricks to see other players' cards.
Report a problem
To report abuse, a rude player, a name that should be blocked, or anything that breaks these rules, email [email protected] with the game code, the time and the player name if you have it. We read every report and aim to reply within 48 hours. Games are not recorded, so the details you send help us act.
Children
Taash Baithak is a family card game. Children should play with a parent's permission, and voice chat only with people they know.
Copyright
The Taash Baithak games, code, computer players, artwork and design are © Sami Ullah. They may not be copied, reused or put on another website without written permission. Traditional card game rules belong to everyone.
