Play card games online with friends
Updated 14 October 2026
To play cards online with friends on Taash Baithak, create a game, send the 4-letter code on WhatsApp, and your friends join from any phone or PC. It is free, there is no sign-up, and empty seats are filled with bots.
Games you can play with friends
| Game | Players | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Court Piece (Rung) | 4, two teams | Team trick-taking game with trumps |
| Bhabhi Thulla (Getaway) | 3 to 8 | Get rid of your cards; last one is the Bhabhi |
| Robbery (Dakaiti) | 2, 3, or 4 as partners | Collect and steal cards for points |
How to start a game with friends
- Open taashbaithak.com on your phone or PC and choose the game you want.
- Tap Play with a friend online, type your name and tap Create a game.
- Send the 4-letter code or the invite link to your friends, for example on WhatsApp.
- Your friends open the link, type their name and tap Join game.
- Not enough friends? Fill the empty seats with bots and start.
- Tap Join voice chat to talk while you play, and use the emoji button to react or throw a tomato at someone.
What makes it fun with friends
- Voice chat: talk to the whole table while you play, with background noise removed.
- Live emojis: react to a big move, or throw a tomato, egg or chappal at a friend.
- Animations: the table celebrates a Court, a Wattu, a thulla or a robbery.
- Any device: iPhone, Android, laptop and PC all play in the same game.
Play with family in another country
Online games work between any countries. Cousins in Lahore, a brother in Dubai and a friend in London can sit at the same Court Piece table, talk on voice chat and play as if they were on the same charpai. Everyone only needs the code and a normal internet connection.
Using voice chat
- Tap Join voice chat once the game has started. Your phone asks for microphone permission the first time; tap Allow.
- A glowing ring around a player's picture shows who is talking.
- Tap the mute button to stop sending your voice, or leave voice chat at any time.
- On iPhone, if nobody can hear you, check Settings, then Safari, then Microphone, and make sure Taash Baithak is allowed.
If something goes wrong
- The code doesn't work: check the four letters with the person who created the game. Codes are not case-sensitive.
- The game is waiting for someone: the person who created the game runs the table, so they should keep Taash Baithak open. If anyone's screen locks or their internet drops, the game waits and carries on when they are back.
- Someone sees "new version": tap it to reload, so everyone at the table is on the same version.
Install it like an app
On Android, open the menu or tap Install app. On iPhone, open taashbaithak.com in Safari, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. Taash Baithak then opens full screen from your home screen, and games against bots also work offline.
Questions
Do my friends need an account or an app?
No. They just open the invite link in their browser, type a name and join. Nobody needs to sign up or download anything.
Can friends on iPhone, Android and PC play together?
Yes. Everyone plays in the same game whatever device they use.
What if only one friend is free?
Start the game anyway and fill the empty seats with bots. In Court Piece, a friend can be your partner or your opponent.
Is the voice chat recorded?
No. Voice goes straight to the other players at your table and is never recorded or saved.
What happens if someone's internet drops?
The game waits for them. When they reconnect, they rejoin their seat and the game carries on.
Can I play with friends in another country?
Yes. Online games work between any countries, so family in Pakistan and friends abroad can play at the same table.
How many friends can join one game?
Up to 8 players in Bhabhi Thulla, 4 in Court Piece and up to 4 in Robbery. Empty seats can be filled with bots.
